1. Is there an additional deposit for pets?
Yes – we allow 2 pets per apartment. A $200 pet deposit (non-refundable) and $100 pet fee (refundable)  is required per pet. The weight limit is 30 pounds.
2. Do you have washer and dryer connections?
Yes – they are available in select floor plans (call us for more information).

4. What do I do if I need emergency maintenance service?
Contact the office at 214-324-2411. The after hours service will guide you through the easy steps for maintenance and management.
